"I am deeply disappointed with the service at this branch. I visited during regular business hours for a standard account transaction, for a major bank, the customer service and local branch availability have fallen far short of basic expectations. I am now considering moving my accounts elsewhere

I had a frustrating experience trying to deposit a check made payable to both me and my client. I spoke with the branch manager, and she told me I needed a third-party form that was only available through Business Customer Service. She instructed me to call them to have the form sent to me. However, when I called Business Customer Service, they told me the exact opposite—that the form was only available at a banking branch. I was sent back and forth with conflicting information.
