There is always a delay when I need in person service. When I tried to do business over the phone they spent a long time verifying questions before asking a simple question. When I tried to do business over the phone, they said they couldn't- in contrast to other major banks. Extremely disappointing. Thinking of moving away from Bank of America all together.

My two simple transactions quickly turned into a disaster. I wanted to deposit a check and a cash. I wanted to use the ATM to do both things. I fed in the check first, machine said it was invalid. Moved on to the cash, the machine at the money (two $100 bills) and errored out, “transaction canceled due to machine error.” Naturally I stepped into the main bank area and asked for help. Nino was great! He helped my sister in law flying in from Korea open up a checking account seamlessly. Highly recommend this branch, I almost was convinced myself to open an account just because how easygoing the whole experience was.

I’ll never forget my very first experience here. Thank you Alison June for correcting my pronunciation of my spoken English and the blonde lady who gave me an ugly stare when they heard I’m not originally from here. I hope you don’t interact with non white foreigners especially after Trump got elected .
