Wish I could give zero stars. This bank will go out of their way to be a jerk to you as a customer. Over an hour wait sometimes with only a few people in line. They will purposefully ruin a check being deposited in acts of revenge. Tellers should face charges for what they do to customers. I'll be filing with the B.B.B. A formal consumer complaint. It is impossible to reach a person with whom to conduct bank business
One star is too many. They have actually claimed that they have improved over the last 20 years but continually prove that they have not. I went in with a check yesterday and they didn't even pretend they would try to help. I was going to give them another chance and open an account and plainly told them that. The Teller actually told me that the check meant nothing to them since I did not have a current account with them and slid the check back at me without even looking at it.
