Teller, door person and manager at the time all told me I can’t cash a check without having an account there, even though it is a Bank of America check. Rude service. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

A star each for Marcus and Quincy because they are awesome, helpful and professional. Yazmin the manager needs additional training if left at management level. I witnessed her yell across the lobby, with sensitive information while over speaking the elderly customer who was explaining his situation to Quincy. This was after Yazmin passed off the situation to him and didn’t help the elderly customer to begin with. Conozco a Yazmin desde hace 6 anos y siempre me ha atendido muy amable y muy eficiente.
The worst banking experience ever! I went yesterday to send a wire, and spent over an hour, with multiple people making mistakes and constant apologizing, in the end, they told me they sent the wire and I received an email with a confirmation. I logged into my bank the next day, and the money is still there. Now I'm trying calling them, and nobody is picking up the phone. Such a waste of time and unreliable service!
