The worst banking experience ever! I went yesterday to send a wire, and spent over an hour, with multiple people making mistakes and constant apologizing, in the end, they told me they sent the wire and I received an email with a confirmation. I logged into my bank the next day, and the money is still there. Now I'm trying calling them, and nobody is picking up the phone. Such a waste of time and unreliable service!

My husband and I scheduled an appointment at this branch and had an excellent experience with Linda! We didn't wait at all; she was patient and friendly, making everything easy to understand. We will definitely return to this branch for any assistance we need.
They need help here. One person running the counter. How about accommodateing to your customers. Got a line near out the door it's ridiculous on the wait time.. just terrible.
