This is the worst bank I've ever been to. Understaffed, they ignore you when you come in, and the extremely slow employees seem to not have been trained properly. If you are in need of opening an account, go to Chase - they have infinitely better service.
May 15-16,2025 incident I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Bank of America branch. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and even the manager showed no willingness to assist! I contacted BOA customer service to request a copy of the letter of release for my vehicle. They directed me to the nearest branch—this location to ask for the fax number, so they can send it to this branch and I can just pick it up. Just tried to close my savings account and was told (with 20 minutes until closing) that someone couldn’t help me and I would need to make an appointment to come back. The teller had an awful attitude and tried to make it seem like my request to come in close to closing time was unreasonable. Guess what? Your operating hours are until 5 pm, so you should continue to help people until that time. Very disappointed with the service at this bank. I just wanted to print my bank statements, but there was no one at the front desk, and no one could explain where to go. I stood in line for 20 minutes, only to be told that I needed to join another queue and wait another hour. Complete chaos and lack of organization.
