Extremely rude and unprofessional - I had a question and one of the advisors didn’t even have the courtesy of taking me into his office. I had to explain myself in the middle of the lobby, and after about 30 seconds, the gentleman starts walking away already finished with the conversation. Genuinely shocked at the treatment I received.

My mother and I just dealt with fraud on our accounts and our girl Ally Sabas was amazing. Patient. Helpful and wonderful! It was a long couple of hours and she was so professional yet so lovely to talk to! She helped us get everything we needed situated!
