A few days ago, my brother had a problem with his business and personal accounts. We called many times, no one helped us. After that we went to eldersburg office. The manager carefully listened to our problem. After that, both his employees and the manager himself worked for us. No Saturday hours and horrible weekday hours!
Worse customer service . Everytime I go there ..long line and only one window open. I go there most of the time on my lunch break...and I don't have more than 30 min to wait there. And don't seems like they care at all. I took my account to chase. And i am very happy with their customer service .
I went to Bank of America Eldersburg branch yesterday. I got to get some of my money transferred yesterday from one account to another. They handled everything professionally and patiently when we had to change something from talking to someone else because we had other things in mind and we didn’t want to talk publicly about it.
