I had issues with naming on my accounts and I had Stephanie help me resolve closing of an account and keeping everything consistent. She made the process a lot more tolerable, I would’ve still been on hold if I left it up to customer service. 10/10 for Stephanie and her manager for accommodating.
Updated May 19, 2026: This branch no longer answers the phone. Updated Jan 26, 2024: The branch location is now closed on Saturday, might as well shut it down completely. Unfortunately, Bank of America has once again caused much frustration. I visited this branch on a Saturday to exchange foreign currency and was informed that they do not have anyone trained nor with the appropriate access to perform that type of transaction. I literally come here out of necessity not out of my own free will and I despise it every single time. Every single associate lacks some serious sense of urgency. SPECIFICALLY Mariana the "Manager." The line could not be moving and she is still not making an effort to assist.
One ATM inside the bank branch under kind attention of the bank staff and tellers. It is accessible during banking hours. Also available are drive through lanes and possibly another ATM nearby (accessible off business hours?)
