The manager Mariana is terrible at managing. Let a line of 7 people continue to wait for her to help a single random person in the middle of the line instead of help the teller that needed her to continue the line. Stephanie was awesome though, 10/10 super helpful and as efficient as she could be with such an awful, absent manager.
