My experience with Michele at Bank of America was horrible. I went in to deposit a money order into someone else’s account. After telling her what I needed, she just looked at me without saying anything, leaving me confused about what I was supposed to do next. Since I wasn’t sure how the process worked, I asked for a deposit slip so I could write down the account number.
