Bank teller inside was very unprofessional and rude. She also talked very loudly about my personal information and made comments that were very unprofessional. I will be looking for other banking options possibly Chase
I love the personal service at the Oakland Bank of America. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Think twice before coming here. I have waited for over 45 mins and counting just for one piece of paper to be notarized. There are 3 employees present. Two of which can notarize. Customer service is virtually non-existent. The reasoning given, had to complete notes on prior customer. Guess they do not encourage/teach prioritization and single-tasking in a multi-tasking situation.
