What kind of bank is open 10-4 on workdays and closed on Saturday's? What kind of bank doesn't require travel information and then rejects charges made in foreign country? What kind of bank refuses to deposit a banker's check issued by another bank? And the replies from to the comments are cut-and-paste type. BOA used to be a good bank. No more. And by the way - the COVID is long, so all the excuses are pathetic.
