Nancy, the bank manager at BOA is extremely nice, professional, and welcoming. She always takes the time t help and makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stand out.
I sent my wife to pick up a check from our joint account made out in my name, but the teller, Michael, along with the manager, refused to process it due to vague “fraud” concerns—even after she presented valid ID. There was also no option offered to issue the check with both account holders’ names or otherwise accommodate a joint account situation. I’ve never experienced this issue with other banks. My review on Mr Jose , he is the best . I think one of the guy name Mr glen need to be trained. In my opinion I’m just saying. If someone prefers to reach particular person in this bank, I suggest you guys to reach out to mr Jose. He is the man will takecare of you very well .
