If I could give this bank a 0, I’d do it! I went in to cash an insurance check. I’ve got bills to pay & can’t get a Bank of America check for insurance cashed at Bank of America. Was told I needed two forms of picture ID. I have never in my life have had to have TWO forms of picture ID to get a check cashed. The check is legitimate & my NC drivers license is legitimate. Worse bank I’ve ever dealt with. If you don’t have to do business with this bank, stay away.
No one answers the phone!!! Needed to cancel an appointment and can’t do it! Not driving there for nothing. Can’t even leave a message! Poor business model.
