ATM system is as slow as molasses! BOA is the worst in all aspects of banking. Really not sure why my neighbor still does business with them. I dropped this bank over 20 years ago and today was a reminder of why!

I was a beneficiary on my moms account and have been trying to get the money for 1yr and 10 months now and after countless paper work getting notarized and mailed to multiple states sometimes multiple times and countless trips to multiple locations.
