No wonder this place has less then 3 stars. They are unbelievablely horrible. Had us sit there for 2 hours just to close a account that was no longer needed. Go anywhere else but here. It's run down anyway.
Horrible. The might as well not be there and just do everything online. We were making the final mortgage payment on our home to another bank, and included in the payoff balance was information on how to do the transfer of funds. I started to do the transfer online, but BOA fees had me slightly concerned. Zero fees, $30 fees, $15 fees, unknown fees, were all mentioned at BOA website. The mortgage company stated they "highly suggest" instead of doing the payment online, we go to our normal bank, where a professional that does... read more
ATM system is as slow as molasses! BOA is the worst in all aspects of banking. Really not sure why my neighbor still does business with them. I dropped this bank over 20 years ago and today was a reminder of why!
