I can’t even explain how upset I am with this bank! Been a customer for over 50 years! Had my account hacked for over 2, 000$ this weekend. Went In Monday morning and got no where! The gentleman in the front was condescending and absolutely no help! I’m a senior citizen and just want some help!!!!!
The guy at the branch (I think the manager, not sure) was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were shopping around for a premium checking joint bank account due to our investments but they just lost us to Chase bank.
