Find a different branch or a different bank… Walked in to try to add my spouse to a bank account. Nobody could help us for hours in spite of 4 staff on site, them seeing that we had a young child with us, and absolutely minimal teller traffic. I’m a 30 year customer of boa, time to move on.
Hire more tellers
Can now see why BOA is really pushing their clients to do all of their business online or over the phone after my experience here. I wanted to send a wire out and the manager, Brian I think, at the front desk told me I had to make an appointment and wait 45 minutes to do so. I explained the urgency and asked him if he could help me at all since he was doing nothing while his associates were helping others.
