Niki, the teller and Jordana the manager will treat you like a thief for trying to access your money. Very bad customer service. Down right discriminatory towards men. Another female customer showed up with no ID or bank card and was helped while I was waiting. The Wellesley branch is so much better. But at this point, change BoA to another bank with better reviews. Chase is opening branches nearby. Bank of America reached out after I posted this, but too late. Karla Simons gave us an absolutely wonderful service! I wanted to start building my credit and she helped me a bunch. She is such a good listener and answered all of our questions. 100% knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend going to her for any advice/help you might need!!!

Without a doubt or hesitation, this is the best branch in the area. Nikki, Axel, and Brian are amazing, patient and super kind all the time. Coming to this branch feels like a breath of fresh air, highly recommended!!
