Walked into a empty bank and the lighskin teller wearing a pink jacket big glasses and ms.piggy build with massive twist braids just sat there proceeding with her work did noy acknowledge me at all or say anyone would be with me shortly. The bald man at the front desk wearing an orange shirt resembling Oscar proud, neither acknowledged me either. They dont offer debit cards upon opening a checking account and it takes 2 weeks to receive it so make sure you dont need to make any online purchase
I came in with a few questions about depositing a very large check very soon and had some questions. Your greeter at the door is very nice when greeting but that's where it stopped! The cashier was short and rude from the first question I asked. She was unhelpful other then giving me yes and no answers to questions. The interaction was cold and rude.
