I had a great experience at Bank of America. The entire staff was welcoming . Especially a huge Thank you to Nassima for her professionalism, patience and dedication which made my visit smooth and efficient . She went above and beyond to assist me , and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service . I highly recommend this location for their outstanding support.
I have used this branch for many years. Everyone is friendly, honest, hardworking and they do a great job. They will find ways to assist you as best they can if there's an unforeseen issue. Recently, Kruti Kosada went out of her to professionally resolve a card issue which no one could figure out but thankfully she took the time to resolve it and everything worked out fine.
I had an experience at this Bank of America by Nassima a very nice woman who works very well and often helps me with the advantage of this bank I recommend it to you ( North Wales , PA)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Bank of America branch on N Wales Rd in North Wales, PA. Payal Patel and her team were exceptional in assisting me with opening a checking account, savings account, and a credit account. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly set them apart was how accommodating and family-friendly they were during my visit.
