Very bad services . And they didn’t afford me a solution. Very bad experience. You are not qualified to be a bankers. Sorry.
Unless you would like to bring money to them through opening new account or sth, they won’t even mind talking to you, their attitude is straightforwardly blunt. The teller at the counter is ok, yet the officer I got to sat down with is very racist, unwilling to communicate, and straightforwardly refuse to help. He trynna to sell me thing I don't need and left my concern unsolved and unanswered. I left after 5 mins because I felt so attacked. He was the rudest banker I've ever met.
I had a great experience at Bank of America. The entire staff was welcoming . Especially a huge Thank you to Nassima for her professionalism, patience and dedication which made my visit smooth and efficient . She went above and beyond to assist me , and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service . I highly recommend this location for their outstanding support.
I have used this branch for many years. Everyone is friendly, honest, hardworking and they do a great job. They will find ways to assist you as best they can if there's an unforeseen issue. Recently, Kruti Kosada went out of her to professionally resolve a card issue which no one could figure out but thankfully she took the time to resolve it and everything worked out fine.
