Do you want to have your money available for your day to day? Then go to another bank. My wife recently opened an account and we are not able to use OUR money with the card. We have waited hours to be atteneded for customer service, lost time and gas because we had to leave places where we were trying to buy stuff. Several calls, which supposedly was all resolved and then again, blocked. I will open an account somewhere else. Thank you.
A woman and child were assaulted at this bank just a few feet away from the Bank of Americas door . Where was security when this took place? How can anyone feel safe banking at this location with thousands of people walking these streets and Bank of America customers are being assaulted due to some random person walking on foot decides to act out of control over using Bank of America ATM ??? This bank needs better security! I refuse to use this location ever again if it’s that easy to be assaulted on their property over ATM ... read more

Thieves. If you pay for something but want a refund, the merchant will refund you. Bank of America removes the charge from spending history and never credits your account. It’s as of the charge never happened and boa takes your refund for themselves. The refund will never be credited on your account
