I’d give this location zero stars!!! I should have read the reviews before coming here. There was zero line when I walked in and there were two tellers in the front and I waited 5 mins before being helped. I finally get helped and when I make a withdraw I get treated disrespectfully! Bank Of America located at 3404 w Illinois ave suite 200, Dallas Texas 75211, has TERRIBLE service, they completely shut be down! The same manager that has been there for years needs some training, all this reviews are literally about her and nothing has been done to correct it, JUST HORRIBLE! I was a victim of fraud and they practically refused to help me out and closed my account.
