I have been banking at this location for the past few years and have never once had a bad experience. Though the longs can get long, their service is always friendly and communicative, the tellers always have a smile, I am always greeted by someone as I come in, and my daughter loves to color on the provided coloring pages.
Staff is rude and inconsistent with their policies. If there is a way to make your experience inconvenient, they will find it. Extremely glad that I don't personally bank with this company.
