Worthless customer service. Enjoy spending multiple hours on hold and transfered to multiple different departments, without anyone to actually provide any assistance. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I went to this branch on 4-21-2025 to get a cashier's check for a house closing. First time there, very positive experience. I was met at the door by Brittany. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No waiting, quickly finished the transaction. I had called and talked to her earlier with a few questions and, again, they were answered in a quick and friendly manner. Super customer service from Brittany.
