Have a business trip where I have to make some arrangements with the bank so I called them and Jamie (Hope I got the name right) was amazing. She informed me of the other BoA nearly with their contact information and what those areas are know for. I went to this branch on 4-21-2025 to get a cashier's check for a house closing. First time there, very positive experience. I was met at the door by Brittany. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No waiting, quickly finished the transaction. I had called and talked to her earlier with a few questions and, again, they were answered in a quick and friendly manner. Super customer service from Brittany.
The gentleman who welcomed me at the door was welcoming and friendly. The cashier behind the desk, however, Jane, was extremely condescending and rude. She spoke to me like I was a child who was inconveniencing her. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they closed at 4 (which is unusually early), so I got there at 3:50.
