It took almost an hour to apply for new credit and debit cards, but she was incredibly bright, cheerful, and genuinely helped me as if it were her own problem. These days, it's so hard to get a hold of customer service on the phone, but if there were more kind employees like Dianne, I'd gladly rush to the bank anytime instead of calling.
