I needed to wire money into my checking account. Then return another day to get a cashier's check for the purchase of a home in August. Staff was friendly. Manager was busy with another customer so the teller helped me. Everything went smoothly. I walked in without an appointment both times.

This BoA location treated me like a criminal when I tried to come in with a financial DPOA to help my grandma pay her bills. They lied to my face on multiple occasions. Now my grandma is days away from a monthly rent payment that will bounce. And they denied a valid DPOA as a "business decision". I am convinced that Bank of America (and specifically this location) abuses their most vulnerable customers and their families in their most difficult time of need. I pulled into BOA today to get some cash at the drive through machine. Much to my dismay there was truck backed in blocking the drive thru and as I pulled through to leave, the machines were gone and workers were jackhammering beneath that area.

I attempted to open a restricted account for my son. The associate who helped me needs retraining on handling PII! She asked me to tell her my SSN while in line and I had to ask for a pen to write it down for her. When I had the appointment to finalize the account she asked me to write my son's SSN down again and when I asked to see where it was written before so I could copy it she began reading it out loud, again within ear shot of other customers and staff!
