Worst customer service
I cannot express my sheer exasperation with any group of people enough. This is more of a criminal organization than a bank. Good riddance to them. This branch is absolutely bizarre with staff helping people with their phone apps,while blocking the door . A man screaming his business, rude inappropriately dressed staff. Is this really the bank of America?
Terrible service. Moving my accounts ASAP.
