I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The account manager, Ashley P., came across as unprofessional and dismissive during my visit with my family. She could not even type correctly with her long nails and making errors. Her attitude and facial expressions felt inappropriate and made the interaction uncomfortable. Drive thru ATM: the year is 2025 and BoA is one of the most popular banks. Washington Township is also incredibly packed with people. With that being said, ONE ATM in the drive thru is pitiful at best. This is the only BoA branch nearby, outside of Williamstown. I think BoA can splurge to equip this EXTREMELY busy location with just one more ATM. And no, the ONE inside isn't enough.
