Horrible. Hold checks for weeks with no explanation. Lie to customers. So much fraud on my account and getting help took months and months. Can’t wait to change banks.
Today I went to the bank of America at Colesville Road to get a service. There I met with Mrs. Joan Lyn. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me a lot. I am really short of words to express my appreciation to her. She deserves 10 out of 10.
In this day and age, personal service is no longer a thing we can take for granted. And we sorely miss it in our fast impersonal world, dominated by technogoly, so lacking in human contact.
