Excellent service as always! I came in to open a new account and Atranick was wonderful — friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. This is my go-to banking center because the team here consistently provides a positive experience.
This center is extremely disappointing — I never expected Bank of America to offer such poor service. Despite the branch not being busy compared to other locations, the staff were disorganized, unprofessional, and inattentive. There were no other customers ahead of us, yet we waited more than 40 minutes to be served. It’s unclear why customers are made to wait when there’s no one being assisted. We’ve observed this issue on more than three separate visits.
Don't let short line of customers fool you! Long wait for teller services at the branch located in Woodmoor Shopping Center (Silver Spring, MD). I've gone various days/times and generally have to wait 10-15 minutes for teller assistance.🤷♀️ ATM is your best bet at this branch for deposits/withdrawals. If paying BOA Visa bill, plan on spending at least 20 minutes in bank.
