Not sure what everyone is complaining out. My partner and I went in to open an account a while ago (he’s a non-citizen so it can be difficult). After getting turned down at other banks because “it’s not possible for a non-citizen/resident to open an account,” we decided to head to BOA on Grand River. What good is a bank that doesn’t open? There’s a drive up window that could open. Saving money by not being open?
I dont have to tell you the LAST thing they want to do is talk to you weather it be 800 or in person. They ask you 200 avoidance prompts and 3 inch thick glass
