I visited the branch simply to deposit a check made payable to myself and my brother. My brother was physically present with me, and the check clearly included my name. Despite this, I was told the deposit could not be accepted due to supposed "name discrepancy". The woman at the teller by the name of Johnita, black lady heavy set very senior, she is miserable with her job. She has the worst attitude to be facing customers. If she is paid one dollar is too much for her skills.
