Avoid at all costs! Before I even went inside, I saw an employee in the parking lot smoking something that definitely wasn’t a cigarette — my first red flag. I should’ve left right then. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was told they couldn’t help me, even though I asked beforehand. Then they sent me to speak with a representative named Jackie… who was the same employee I saw outside smoking!
