This is the worst Bank I have ever seen worst customer service went thier to deposit some small amount on my brother in law account he was out of the country and he have emergency but cashier was so rude and not helpful never going to recommend this Bank specifically this Branch Horrible Experience
Called to set up a account for my 18yr old son they told me to make a appointment i do arrive at my appointment NOBODY in the branch had any confirmation of my appointment 10 employees NOT one person can help us ....
Andre was so helpful and friendly! They were efficient and we didn’t wait long at all. When a line formed they added an additional teller, great customer service. My experience here and especially Andre makes me want to continue banking at this branch!
Would give no stars if I could. Needed to make a business deposit for my company( international corporation). Came to the desk with 10 deposits the woman at the counter tells me she could not take my deposit and that it should go in the drop box, I explained that my regional manager has the key and was out of town.
