This is honestly the worst branch I have ever experienced when it comes to customer service. There was only one teller, while two representatives were standing at the front supposedly helping customers. Unfortunately, instead of actually resolving my issue, they kept sending customers in different directions and having people go ahead of me in line. Tiffany was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful while assisting me with opening an account for my son. She explained everything clearly, made the entire process easy, and had such a welcoming attitude. Steve, the manager, was also extremely polite and made sure everything was fully addressed during my appointment. I truly appreciated the positive experience and definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you both!

Moji is a blessing at this branch. My wife and I were trying to get something seemingly simple taken care of at another branch on Chapman x Gilbert where they gave us such a hard time and refused to process our payment. Walked into this BoA, and Moji got it done for us in less than 15 minutes. No excuses, no BS. The kind of service that makes a place your go-to. Thank you again!
