Horrible bank always issues with this location with the drive tru never working correctly not being able to deposit money
BEST person I’ve ever met in customer service – Steven Perez at Bank of America. Steven is more than just an employee. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. Every interaction with him shows his kindness, patience, and genuine care for people. He doesn’t just do his job – he goes above and beyond, making sure everyone feels valued and respected.
Had a 9:00 AM notary appointment at 9649 Barker Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX. Employee Soundaram Karumbunathan incorrectly told me a Bank of America employee couldn’t be a witness and that I needed to bring my own. My lawyer and BOA customer service confirmed their own documentation says employees can serve as witnesses. Wasted my time due to wrong information.
Not very helpful staff, entered doing opening, no one greeted me. I was the only customer there, I greeted them.Teller not at station when bank opened, had to wait for her to get settled. Not a great impression.
