Long lines because they are always short staffed.
I come here alot of times and I see the Asian guy Manager NOT greeting anyone not even a hi or bye. Smh. What happened to our customer service common courtesies. The other bank of america alway greets their customers. Seem so unfriendly in this bank.
Everything negative has have already been said about this location its like an abandoned building. Horrible and terrible stay away if you like having your sanity and they don't deserve a one Star
Worst customer service I've ever had. Their awful, rude, and unhelpful customer service is exactly why I've moved to a better bank like Wells Fargo. BOA gives me nothing but a headache!
La que está en la entrada con un chino racista igual que su compañera los dos dos racista y ella es hispana me sorprende esa vieja atendiendo al cliente me salió pecima me admiró como la gente se creen más que otros y cuando morimos vamos al mismo oyó aquí queda todo pero esa mujer fue una grosera con migo no nuevo a ese banco al final me dijo esa mujer que no me podía ayudar que fuera a otro banco
