Printed me the bank statement I asked for. Very friendly
Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Clarity I visited this branch twice to assist a sick family member with an urgent matter, and both times I was turned away due to unclear communication from the staff. It was evident that the employees had limited knowledge of the bank’s own policies and procedures, which caused unnecessary frustration and delays. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the minimal concern shown for customer needs.
This branch is said to have a night drop box, they not only have 0% customer service skills, they are 100% arrogant, their Night Drop Box is constantly have a excuse for their lack of service to their customers and their customers
Rude Bank manager named Robert. Instead of pointing me to the right direction, he offered to call another BOA to send me there. Did not check to see that I have a 29 history with this BANK. I had the same paperwork notorized before at the same location. If you want better experience, go to the BOA Lakewood location. Either way, I'm pulling out all my business to a different bank after today racist experience.
I have never had an issue with this bank , but waiting here in line over 45 mins is ridiculous . And just 1 teller ? They should have a better work operation due to the high demand .
