Came in for a withdrawal for my savings since it was over my ATM limit, and the lady who helped me was extremely rude no welcome, no thank you no nothing. I had to say thank you have a great day and she just smirked. You're not better than anybody else because you work in a bank. People who have money in your bank pay your salary, get a clue lady. I have been a customer with Bank of America for over 15 years.
Waiting for the 1 and only teller was ridiculous 15 minutes with one person in front of me
This branch is no good, less than helpful staff. Save your time and drive a few miles down the road.
