Today was not the best day, And at the end of the day, I had to stop at the bank, which is the last thing I wanted to do. Thankfully, when I entered the bank I was greeted by Jesus Zamarripa. He immediately assisted me with my transaction in a pleasant and efficient manner with the utmost professionalism. Donald is nor approachable. It appears that we were interrupting his day. He did not offer any information or suggestions options. When asked what our RMD needed to be, he asked us how much we wanted. Then just said "that should be enough." We opened another account and was charged "$1/.]] processing cee". Our previous experience was with Carson at the Smiling Wood/w59 location but he got transferred/promoted to the Galleria.
