Update --- This is now one of the best Bank of America Financial Centers. There is a very helpful and informative banker at this location named Vickyelena that always goes above and beyond. She no doubt has single-handedly transformed this Bank of America location into one of the best. No more issues. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had significant trouble across all institutions in New Jersey because of a naming convention issue in my documents. Twice in my life, Bank of America and the staff here were the ONLY people who could help me out of a tight spot. I also got much more clarity of my situation and what I needed to do within 15 mins while I struggled for days and weeks everywhere else.
