This financial institution was a total waste of my time.
I Experienced attempted robbery at this bank. I came to the bank to make a large withdrawal. After completing my transaction I got into my vehicle, placed my cash which was in an envelope into my middle counsel compartment and drove literally two blocks to a sushi restaurant. I decided to take the cash with me. After grabbing dinner I returned to my vehicle with the passenger side window busted, my middle counsel compartment open and the contents tossed around the car. Worst Experience ever!!! And I’m not even a BoA customer!!!
I arrive at the drive thru to see the ATM screen note "unable to take deposits". I go to the front walk-up ATM. I make the deposit then this machine crashes and seizes my card which I now cannot get back. I'm told it will be three days to get a new card but I can use the mobile app. They attempt to assist in setting that up as we have already determined on "MANY" other visits will not work with this phone. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. Went in early in the weekday to withdrawal money with a teller, and when I went to use some of the money for purchase, I was told it was counterfeit @ the place of purchase and clearly showing how the bill was being rejected through a bill detector. Completely embarrassed considering the cash was pulled from BOA when I made my purchase, I disputed the issue over the phone.
