Great folks to work with when you need to conduct business
I made some observations while at that branch with my wife. 1. The greeter did not welcome folks into the branch. So why is she there? 2. The “roving” gentleman there (manager?) was only engaging with guests of the relatively same ethnicity as himself. Every Caucasian customer, while we were there, was ignored by the greeter AND the roving “customer satisfaction”(?) guy. I love me some Bank of America but I surely didn’t recognize this type of behavior. Especially at a bank. I expect more frankly. We won’t be back.
