Awesome bank they have excellent service and amazing people
They are horrible at this bank. Every last one of them seem to hate their job. Terrible customer service and the manager isn't much better. No wonder why this place is awful, their boss is leading the team, with her nasty attitude. Someone needs to come in and clean house. SMH.
Edited: In case you didnt know, these people seem to have access to your banking account, even when you are not around. Because how could something get deposited, once I've left the building??? So just be careful with that! Would give this place 0 stars. Been coming here for a month to cash savings bonds, not only do they pick and choose when they want to cash them, I came in today with 7 bonds. The teller, who had already been discussing with her coworker that she didnt want to be there, today was her last day, her birthday... read more
