Went here recently to make a deposit larger than what would go into the ATM machine. I go inside and there's a bunch of people working there but only one of the tellers stations is open! Lots of workers standing around doing nothing it seems and only one person actually helping the 10 people in line! It took about 15 minutes just to make a deposit! The people standing around like the managers and others need to step up to the plate and go to a teller station and help people ...get people in and out the door. That's your job!... read more

On Monday (3/2/26), when I visited this location, I left a review about the wonderful experience I had with Yvette. (at the Hiram location) Well, I returned today to the same location and was fortunate enough to be assisted by the same representative again (Ms. Yvette). I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for a notary. It took 5 minutes to get a simple form notarized. Absolutely a waste of time. The people were very nice though.
