The worst experience I've ever had since banking with these guys. Went in to try to correct an fraudulent issue that has been going on with my account, instead of receiving help, all I got was weird looks or talked down to as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I have been with Bank of America since 2014 and this was the worst experience ever.
Went here recently to make a deposit larger than what would go into the ATM machine. I go inside and there's a bunch of people working there but only one of the tellers stations is open! Lots of workers standing around doing nothing it seems and only one person actually helping the 10 people in line! It took about 15 minutes just to make a deposit! The people standing around like the managers and others need to step up to the plate and go to a teller station and help people ...get people in and out the door. That's your job!... read more
Never had any problems honestly
On Monday (3/2/26), when I visited this location, I left a review about the wonderful experience I had with Yvette. (at the Hiram location) Well, I returned today to the same location and was fortunate enough to be assisted by the same representative again (Ms. Yvette).
