I had a wonderful experience at this Banc of American. Wonderful customer service with all BoA personnel from the counter Rep, Teller and the lady in the office. Very curteous and kind. I had ATM card issues as the BoA was not declined my PIN No. This BoA helped me get back on track and were extremely helpful and patient with me. Kind customer service. Thank you.
Have came up here three times. Been banking with them for over 5 years and got treated with disrespect. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence before interrupting me. I received 3 different answers and when I came back with paper work the First Lady told me I needed the second girl told me they couldn’t accept that with no exceptions. Can’t get anything done. Will not continue banking with them.
I had a terrible experience at this Bank of America branch today. I came in regarding a check that was supposed to be cleared, and instead of receiving help, I was treated with complete disrespect. The woman at the counter a white lady with blonde hair and messed-up mascara was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made me feel unwelcome and looked down on. As a paying customer, I expected better service. I will not be returning to this location.
