I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for a notary. It took 5 minutes to get a simple form notarized. Absolutely a waste of time. The people were very nice though.
WAY TOO SLOW! Don’t go if there is even remotely a line. 5 bankers sitting at computers only one helping someone and only one teller with a line of 8. This branch is just a joke.
If my husband hadn’t been with Bank of America for so long, I would close and get rid of this account and never do business with them again not only this branch but the bank in general there’s no customer service. There’s no customer loyalty and this branch is atrocious. I don’t think I’ve ever came out of here satisfied not even once There’s always a reason why they can’t do it company policy whatever I used to manage and work for a Bank their company policies are unlike any other, which doesn’t make them the best at all.
