Heather is a joke and didn’t help me at all. I’ve banked with y’all for years, almost lost the deal on my house because “bank of America was down” my realtor went to the bank and said y’all are going to let this young couple lose their house as I had to transfer the money to the bank I was buying the house from before a certain time or I would lose the house. Worst banking location ever!!! I had an issue to do with my account, and all I was told is that there is nothing they can do. Not to mention that I had to find the issue on my own. I had no phone call or notice from them. Even when I had all the documentation to prove who I was they still told me there was nothing they could do. Sad you think everyone has Twitter or Facebook account! Was thinking about account with you! The reviews with all the terrible service, as well as the awful way you respond to them, will prevent me from doing that now. I'm glad I read up on your terrible bank... will save me time!
