Worst bank ever for personal and business. The Hiram location is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Never enough people working, lines out the door and I don’t know why they even have a business window. It’s never open. They do always have someone at the door to greet you and make sure comfortable is the loooong lines. Their solution to fix the problem is referring me to their social media departments. Not surprising at all !!! They need to hire Chick Filet to figure out better customer service for their clients.
The worst experience I've ever had since banking with these guys. Went in to try to correct an fraudulent issue that has been going on with my account, instead of receiving help, all I got was weird looks or talked down to as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I have been with Bank of America since 2014 and this was the worst experience ever.
