Nice employee but this location needs more staff . Long line only one tellerÂ
I went in to ask for a replacement card, I waited for a little bit and when the manager finally asked why I was there I told her. She then told me they don’t do that in the bank anymore, I would have to call in for it. So I called in and replaced it but when I asked them about it they said the banks just make up their own rules. What???Â
