First, so many stars right now bc they were amazing while they were open. I’m happy they continue to service the atm machines bc it’s always very busy right there. Basically an atm. Feb 2021 and the bank is still closed.
Great customer service opening checking and savings accounts with Ms. Gresham! Great ideas about building credit for new businesses. Wish they had a truly free checking account option with no strings attached.
A nice bank! Convenient location overall. The Music Place
6/13/19 stopped in at 12:10pm 1 teller. 2 reps in lobby chatting vs helping to deposit. Then Kerry finally asked if anyone depositing can write handwritten receipt. And the drive thru was not open. Not a good In and out experience. Smh Older post: Barbara, provided a pleasant experience and took time to answer specific questions asked.
