I don't know why BoA does not clearly mark their "cash-less" banks in a way that people know in advance that the bank is a useless office for transactions. I travel alot, often to very much less developed nations void of customer service and what they tell you is "reach out to our social media for communications", no phone numbers or real people to talk to. The only thing that works here is the ATM. You cannot do anything! There is staff but not sure why they do this, the answer always is that cannot help us. Do not waste your time!
Trying to get a cashier's check for my mother. This location has no tellers so we can't do a cash advance for the cashier's check. BOA really sucks. I'll have Mom move her accounts from this horrible institution ASAP.
This bank has horrible customer service. Not only that but they don't even have any tellers. Very inconvenient for a bank next to a Metro station. People ride the bus all the way to the bank for no reason they can't even help with simple tasks. On top of that the employees are extremely rude when explaining to customers that they can't provide simple assistance. Horrible bank location.
