Put more teller in their branches.
Standing in a huge line of 18 people, line us moving extremely slow, there are 2 tellers and another 2 just standing around. I would expect this kind of service in a third world country, not at one of the better banking establishments in the United States. Poor service today BofA!
Been standing in this line of 17 people and one teller. Now there is a ton sitting in their offices watching but no one else working the teller desk. Wonder why I don’t like Bank of America. Bad customer service and the line only is getting longer waiting
They all greets you very nicely. And then when there's a problem or concern they are always there to help you resolve it. I'm in the process of changing my direct deposit from One Bank to the other and it has not quite hit Bank of America yet. So as soon as my direct deposit hit my former bank, I immediately was able to visit my local Bank of America and have my funds immediately transferred from my old bank to my new bank.
