Tough to reach anyone or get help when you need it, but that's not unique to Clinton. You can't blame the people, it's not their fault BOFA is the worst bank in the world. It's probably very frustrating working at any Bank America branch as they are always understaffed and their archaic systems blow. Walked in at around noon to open a bank account. They told me I needed to register online and download the app, which I did. Their bankers were busy, so they told me they would take me at 1245. They then told at 105 that they could take me at 130, so I stepped out for lunch and came back at 130 on the dot. At 140, someone came over to take me, at which point I realized they had cleared out literally everyone else in the store and saved me for last. We wanted to have a change of address for my elderly mother and a few other banking needs for her. First time we went in we were told we had to make an appointment and come back another day. When we returned for our scheduled appointment it took longer than they scheduled for. We were told we had to wait in the lobby (half way through our work) so they could “honor” the next appointment. only bank of america in a ten mile radius and the ATMs are so frequently out of service, you're better off taking a chance driving farther to a different branch. doesn't help that the associates here are incredibly rude. love this billion dollar corporation purposely making things difficult for their customers! just kidding, this bank sucks. edit: save the canned response from your ai customer service bot like you did for every other review here, we all know you're just blowing smoke. edit edit: your reply just shows you did... read more
