Greatest tools ever
Tough to reach anyone or get help when you need it, but that's not unique to Clinton. You can't blame the people, it's not their fault BOFA is the worst bank in the world. It's probably very frustrating working at any Bank America branch as they are always understaffed and their archaic systems blow. I was just trying to get a few statements printed since they can't email me them I've had issues with their worthless platform and phone app for years. Walked in at around noon to open a bank account. They told me I needed to register online and download the app, which I did. Their bankers were busy, so they told me they would take me at 1245. They then told at 105 that they could take me at 130, so I stepped out for lunch and came back at 130 on the dot. At 140, someone came over to take me, at which point I realized they had cleared out literally everyone else in the store and saved me for last.
