Went to the lacey branch dealt with Sue and Carol office manger. Waited 45 min and then I stated I needed a wire transfer for today presented the check with account number and routing number Sue wrote it down and began process. Carol was having trouble clicking link and finally got it to work, she said but I didn’t received an email and 5 hours later when I got thru carol checked and said it was approved. Well they keep calling me abd when i call back nobody picks up the phone. They left msgs with no info and dont know whats going on
