Worst branch on earth! Always a long line, only one teller most of the time. If you try calling them no body answers the phone. I've been with BOA for over 20 years but I'm new to Tom's River and this is my closest branch. I think I'll be looking for a new bank.Â
I had a great experience at the 1031 Rt 37 Toms River location on 1-13-25 with Relationship Banker Associate Diana Gunn. She was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and competent resolving my online banking problems and other issues I was having, and getting me a new BOA identification card. She is a great asset to this bank branch.Â
Long lines. Often only one teller serving customers while half a dozen others working in office.Â
I went to this branch of Bank of America to handle my uncle’s affairs today. Akiea Overton was so professional, kind and understanding. She spent time helping me and figuring out what I had to do to finalize my uncle’s business. I am very grateful to her and send her a BIG Thank You!!!Â
