This Bank of America location is the worst customer service ever. Teller was so rude and don’t know how to speak to customers. We always do business with BOA for years and always treated so well but not at this location. And can’t help you with small things, at other locations you always do it so easy but not at this location. Never coming back to this location again.
My husband's checking account was hacked and I had to call the bank to dispute the fraud charges and open a new account. Samantha was awesome in helping me and recommending how we go about dealing with this situation in the future. I've had Bank of America for many years and I feel comfortable with them handling my financial needs.
Worst branch on earth! Always a long line, only one teller most of the time. If you try calling them no body answers the phone. I've been with BOA for over 20 years but I'm new to Tom's River and this is my closest branch. I think I'll be looking for a new bank.
