Yesterday I went to the bank and this girl Stacy is very professional in her work... she helped me a lot... she is very kind, respectful and she served me with a very friendly smile… 👌🏻
Does not answer phone calls. I called for assistance 5 times over three days and no one has picked up. Disappointed!
Have banked with this specific bank in my home town long before BOA boutht it and have always loved their custome service, have several accounts including my main one for my business BUT, I am NOT tech savvy, so, I choose to "keep it simple stupid" and do as little via technology that is simple quick and does not necessarly require customer to be TECH SAVY in order to do things such as make a phone call to my bank and expect to have my call answered by a real person!
