I had a wonderful experience with Athanasia at Bank of America. She was exceptionally helpful, patient, and truly took the time to understand our financial situation and investment plans. Her approach made us feel comfortable and confident about our next steps. We are very grateful for her guidance and couldn't be happier with her support!
The employees are friendly, and I am able to take care of all of my banking needs. Walk-in banks are becoming a thing of the past, but sometimes it is helpful to have actual, live people to talk to. Unfortunately, sometimes there aren't enough people. During my previous visit, I was waiting in line for at least 10 minutes before I got to the teller. Thankfully, I was in a rush and it was not a particularly busy time of the day (around 10:00). Good location though.

7 people waiting in line and only 1 person at the desk. They shouldn’t make it so difficult to deposit a check. I usually do it online, but there are times I have to go in. Waste of 15 minutes of waiting in line
