Useless branch. They do not answer the phone. I needed to schedule an appointment to discuss my account. I tried many times to contact them during business hours. No option even to leave a message. I was so frustrated I called the main 800 number and had them close my account which I have had for 35 years.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the level of service I have received from Bank of America. Over the past month, I have attempted to reach my business account representative multiple times with no response. Furthermore, I have found it impossible to speak with anyone over the phone, as the automated system is repetitive and the branch staff are consistently unavailable. Staff friendly, always a lot of free parking but I tend to have long waits because there is not a lot of staff.
