I scheduled an appointment at this branch and I didn’t communicate or speak with the banker when I arrived, which I now realize was unprofessional. It would be a waste of your time if you scheduled an appointment with this bank. Unprofessional.
My family has been using bank of america for thirty years. Without any provided information or explanation from anyone, my account was closed. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered in business. It goes without saying that my family and friends will be closing all of our accounts. I hope people see this and take it to heart. Do not trust this company.
My husband and I had an unusual situation this morning with our nonprofit and everyone at this branch was super helpful and knowledgeable. Both Janet, the assistant branch manager, and Laura, the business advisor, were incredibly patient and kind, even though we were asking the impossible. Thank you all! You are amazing!
So I won a $1000 on a lottery ticket. I come to this bank to cash the check. The Texas lottery gave me that was issued by this bank, and my birthday was yesterday. My license expired yesterday. I have a paper I.D. and the one that expired, but they won't cash the check. They said I have to wait for my new I.D. to come in. Why don't they wait to get some money. I won't ever use this bank.
