Very unhelpfulÂ
A lady at this bank denied my father to be able to open me a bank account even though he's my guardian .She said we can't open your son a account because you the father you are not from here even though he's legally here.Â
I recommend you go to any Bank of America then this one. Always a line and just not organized in a professional manner! Where the mangers be when all this is taking place???Â
Horrible customer service. Always understaffed and placing inconvenience on the customer to do business.Â
