Customer of 3 years. Love the staff. Haven’t received help on the phone in 3 years though. Not once
Bad experience! Again, as a person with a business account, I was in line for 40 minutes before getting waited on. The clerk was Alternating between the business and regular customer lines. This practice enabled people to walk in, get into the regular customer line, and be waited on before those in the business line. If this is the procedure, have everyone stand in one line so that the person can get waited on as quickly as possible; otherwise, have a teller at the business line and a teller at the regular customer line. Absolutely slow and would not recommend. They don’t consider businesses customers. They have a business line and they still make you wait in a long line. Management needs to consider that business customers need to get in and out to attend to their business. Time is money. No reason why the teller cannot attend to a business customer and then return to the line of regular customers.
Never answers the phones. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now. A bunch of lazy people.
