They sent in my application for the wrong product, then lied about it when I went to the branch to complain. My banker faked a phone call to BofA corp, which I verified when I called them immediately upon exiting this branch. They verified for the that the product which was processed was not the one I requested. I also told them that she faked a phone call in front of me, and will be sending an email to coporate also.
