Worst bank I've used. And looking for another. Wait times are always very long. Associates seam busy, too busy to help customers.
This bank needs more tellers/employees. Very long wait times. But the staff is very nice, they just need more.
Horrible Hours, They open at 10am after everyone has gone to work, and they close at 4pm before anyone gets out of work. I will be switching banks
Location closes at 4pm and doesn’t accept ATM deposits after hours. What is the point of the bank? Nobody can get to the bank during normal working hours and on top of that can’t perform basic ATM functions at the location after work.
I do not have an account at Bank of America. I was in the area and needed a notary, I went into this branch and was greeted with warm smiles by Aide and Jocelyn. I told them what I needed and that I was not a customer. They reassured me that they were able to help. Aide did my notary and answered all of my questions. The professionalism and friendliness by the staff was overwhelming, I am seriously considering switching banks.
