I want to start by saying that Jocelyn was absolutely amazing when she finally assisted me with my business deposit. She was friendly, professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Employees like her are the reason people should continued banking here. Unfortunately, the overall service at this Bank of America branch has declined significantly over the past month. I make deposits here weekly for my business and have never had issues until recently. We have always had good friendly service here.
Always count your rolls from this bank. Every time I haven't I've ended up short. It's like they hand you rolls knowing their short. Or better yet ask them to physically count it in front of you.
I have always been treated extremely well by Jocelyn and the awesome bank manager! So you have to wait a bit, that’s at every bank, I am sure!
